Dolly Parton had a close friendship with Miley’s dad, “Achy Breaky Heart” singer Billy Ray Cyrus, so was chose as Miley’s godmother. “She just had a light about her from a young age,” recalled Dolly, who’s vowed to “never, ever bad-mouth Miley, no matter what she does. She even played her fingernails as part of the percussion sound when she recorded the track.
