Adorable squishy face Perla (ID A675364) had a blast hanging out with Martica from Hits 97.3 radio. This cutie is 4-years-old, 48 pounds and has shorter legs. She loves to play with toys and even knows a few basic commands. While she loves to be with people, Perla will need to be the only fur-child in your home, she doesn’t appear to like other pets. Can this precious gem be part of your family?
To meet Perla or any other pet, please fill out a pre-adoption application at www.humanebroward.com and come to the Humane Society of Broward County located at 2070 Griffin Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL. The adoption kennels open daily at 11 a.m. If you have any questions, please call 954-989-3977 ext. 6.
Can’t adopt, but want to help? The shelter has wish lists on Amazon and Chewy.

Adoption Ambassador: If you can provide a temporary home for a large-breed dog, become an Adoption Ambassador for the Humane Society of Broward County. Ambassadors help market the pet through your network of friends and associates, while giving the pet a vacation from the shelter environment. Sometimes a different setting is all that is needed to help our furry friends find their forever home.
Spay/Neuter Services:
